  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pie crust.
  3. Arrange tomato slices on top of the mustard.
  4. Sprinkle grated Gruyère cheese over the tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
