Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Place the cubed French bread into the baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
