- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Place the cubed French bread into the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
