Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Filling

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Topping

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. 3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. 4. In another bowl, beat sugar and softened butter until fluffy. Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  5. 5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each addition.
  6. 6. Pour filling into cooled crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. 7. For the topping, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread over chilled pie.
  8. 8. Serve and enjoy!
