  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats and baking soda to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening slightly with the back of the spoon.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
