  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 6 pieces Fresh figs sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread ricotta mixture on toasted baguette slices.
  6. Top with sliced figs and drizzle with honey.
  7. Serve immediately.
