  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed if frozen
  • 6 Figs halved
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 6 equal squares.
  3. Place a fig half and some crumbled goat cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press to seal.
  6. Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
