Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Frozen Hash Browns thawed
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Diced Ham
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
- 8 Eggs beaten
- 1 can Evaporated Milk 12 ounces
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread the hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese, ham, and green onions over the hash browns.
In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the hash brown mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
