Instructions
1. Soak wheat berries in water for 12 hours.
2. Drain and rinse the wheat berries. Let them sprout for 36 hours, rinsing every 12 hours.
3. Process the sprouted wheat berries in a food processor until a dough forms.
4. Shape the dough into small loaves or patties.
5. Dehydrate at 115°F (46°C) for about 2 hours, or until firm.
