Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup Cinnamon sugar, for topping

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and egg. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the dough pieces until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while still warm. Serve immediately.
