Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 1 unit Egg
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 cup Cinnamon sugar, for topping
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and egg. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the dough pieces until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while still warm. Serve immediately.
