Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Eggnog
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
Gradually whisk in eggnog until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla extract and ground nutmeg.
Pour into serving glasses and chill until set, about 2 hours.
