  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Gradually whisk in eggnog until smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  4. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and ground nutmeg.
  6. Pour into serving glasses and chill until set, about 2 hours.
