Eggnog Cheesecake Bars

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
- 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 large Eggs Room temperature
- 1 cup Eggnog
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in eggnog, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until well combined.
Pour filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
