Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in eggnog, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until well combined.
  6. Pour filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
