- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 2 ½ cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, and nutmeg.
Add beaten eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
