Dough
- 1 cup Warm Milk
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- ⅓ cup Butter, melted
- 1 Large Egg
- 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Filling
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add melted butter, egg, flour, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough.
5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the buttered dough.
6. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.
7. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
