- 1 cup peanut butter creamy
- ¼ cup butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet
- 2 tablespoon shortening
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the peanut butter eggs for about 15 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and shortening together, stirring until smooth.
Dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, then place back on the parchment paper to set.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm. Enjoy!
