Easter Peanut Butter Eggs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter creamy
- ¼ cup butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet
- 2 tablespoon shortening
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. 
- Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
- Freeze the peanut butter eggs for about 15 minutes. 
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and shortening together, stirring until smooth. 
- Dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, then place back on the parchment paper to set. 
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm. Enjoy!
