- 3 eggs
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Blend the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth.
Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, then pour the batter into the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
