Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out donuts using a donut cutter.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove donuts from oil and drain on paper towels. Let cool before serving.
