- 6 eggs hard-boiled
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- paprika for garnish
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and peel them.
2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
3. Mash the yolks in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt.
4. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
5. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
