- 4 eggs
- ½ cup diced ham
- ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add ham, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until tender.
4. Pour the eggs over the vegetables and ham. Cook until eggs are set.
5. Sprinkle cheese on one half of the omelet. Fold the omelet in half and serve.
