- 1 cup almonds raw
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
3. Add the almonds to the melted chocolate and stir until fully coated.
4. Spread the chocolate-coated almonds onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Sprinkle sea salt evenly over the almonds.
6. Let the almonds cool and the chocolate harden, about 1 hour at room temperature or 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
