  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon dark rum
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan until just boiling.
  2. Pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth, then add the rum.
  4. Chill the mixture for 2 hours.
  5. Scoop and roll into balls, then dust with cocoa powder.
