  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the sour cream.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and raspberries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
