Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup sliced almonds

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
