Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup finely chopped almonds
  • to taste Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl.
  3. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  6. Scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
  7. Roll each ball in chopped almonds, then in cocoa powder.
  8. Chill again until firm.
