Dark Chocolate Almond Truffles
Delicious and easy-to-make dark chocolate almond truffles.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely chopped almonds
- to taste Cocoa powder for dusting
Heat the cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl.
Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
Roll each ball in chopped almonds, then in cocoa powder.
Chill again until firm.
