  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add cucumbers and red onion.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with dill before serving.
