Crusty Cranberry Nut Bread

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries coarsely chopped
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in the orange juice, vegetable oil, and orange zest until just combined.
Fold in the cranberries and nuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
