  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, and chopped onions. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
