- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, and chopped onions. Mix well.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
