  • 1 cup Milk warm
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Yeast instant
  • 1 cup Butter cold, unsalted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. 2. Gradually add warm milk and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough and spread cold butter over it.
  5. 5. Fold the dough and roll it out again. Repeat this process 3 times.
  6. 6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
  7. 7. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. 9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
