  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika in a third bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
