  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add sliced okra and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. 5. Cook until okra is crispy, about 5-7 more minutes.
