  • 2 large Onions sliced into rings
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with buttermilk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring into the flour, then the buttermilk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated onion rings on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
