Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with buttermilk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
Dip each onion ring into the flour, then the buttermilk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
