Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine the ground pork, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon.
  2. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 90 minutes or until the mixture is thickened.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  5. 5. Stir in the breadcrumbs and mix well.
  6. 6. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until firm. Serve chilled.
