Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
1. In a large pot, combine the ground pork, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 90 minutes or until the mixture is thickened.
4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
5. Stir in the breadcrumbs and mix well.
6. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until firm. Serve chilled.
