Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and thyme. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with extra thyme if desired.
