Creamy Lemon Thyme Chicken
A delicious and creamy chicken dish with a hint of lemon and thyme.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 2 teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and thyme. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with extra thyme if desired.
