Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • ½ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  5. Let the pie cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
