Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
5. Add broccoli and carrots to the skillet, cooking until tender.
6. Return chicken breasts to the skillet, simmering until cooked through and sauce has thickened.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
