Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Chopped Carrots
- 2 cups Chopped Celery
- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, diced
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Egg Noodles
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
6. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
7. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
