Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chopped Carrots
  • 2 cups Chopped Celery
  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the minced garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  7. 7. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
