- 1 head Cauliflower chopped into florets
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the cauliflower and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the cauliflower is tender.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
