  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a pot, bring milk to a boil.
  2. Slowly add semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  3. Add sugar and salt, continue stirring.
  4. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Serve hot with optional toppings.
