Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Wrap the strips around cream horn molds, starting at the tip and overlapping slightly as you go.
  4. Place the wrapped molds on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the pastry is baking, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Once the pastry horns are cool, pipe the whipped cream into each horn.
