  • 1 package Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Add the beaten eggs to the cream cheese mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Let the pie cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
