- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup Butter, softened
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
