Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. 3. Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Roll the dough into a rectangle and cut into strips.
  6. 6. Place the strips on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. 7. While the bread is baking, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
  8. 8. Brush the garlic butter over the hot breadsticks and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
