  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cranberries, and walnuts.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm the honey and peanut butter over low heat until melted and combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
