Cranberry Pear Crumble Pie
A delicious pie combining the tartness of cranberries with the sweetness of pears, topped with a crunchy crumble.

Filling
- 2 cups cranberries fresh or frozen
- 3 cups pears peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup butter melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine cranberries, pears, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the fruit mixture into a pie dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let cool before serving.
