  • 3 cups Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in chopped dried cranberries and orange zest until evenly distributed.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow macaroons to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
