  • 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale
  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or dried
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, orange juice, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Place the cubed bread and cranberries in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the bread and cranberries, making sure all the bread is soaked.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
