- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
- ½ cup Honey
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cranberries, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
