Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup melted butter
- 0.25 cup sugar
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cranberry sauce whole berry
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
