  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  3. Place a piece of Brie cheese in the center of each puff pastry square.
  4. Add a small spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the Brie cheese.
  5. Sprinkle chopped fresh thyme over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Fold the corners of the puff pastry squares towards the center and press gently to seal.
  7. Place the tarts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
