Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 2 sheets Refrigerated pie crusts

Filling

  • 4 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups Fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one pie crust and fit it into a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  5. Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Seal the edges.
  6. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Let the pie cool before serving.
