- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, cranberries, and chopped almonds.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the honey and peanut butter together. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
